I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been having a rough day, emotional over the littlest things, only to read my hormone horoscope and have it all explained by my hormonal fluctuations.

Wanna let your sweetie in on the secrets of your hormones? This app is for your significant other! For just $2.99, they can be in the know and help support you throughout your monthly cycle. Areas covered include mood, sex, ways they can earn bonus points, all with helpful suggestions to make your life easier. From a review, “breaks down the day-to-day hormonal changes for a non-uterus owner in easy to understand terms and analogies.”

MyFLO (iOS/Android)

As you learn more about your hormonal cycle, you’ll likely want to learn how to support your body throughout its fluctuations. This app will help you do just that. Very affordable at $2.99, it gives you food, exercise, and task recommendations for each phase of your cycle to support your hormones and capitalize on the strengths of the phase. You can also track your PMS symptoms and see the recommendations to combat them.

Kindara (iOS/Android)

Ready to start charting your cycle? Kindara lets you chart on your phone! You’re scientifically more attractive as you approach ovulation. Use biology and your pheromones to attract more customers. Don’t know how to tell when you’re nearing ovulation? Learn what to look for here.
